December 2020, closed out nearly a full year of pandemic era sales here in Brevard county.
Inventory of both single-family and townhome/condo residences were very low at 1.4 and 2.3 months of inventory respectively. Making this a seller’s market here in Brevard.
It was not unusual for some home to receive multiple offers.
Single Family homes had an Average sales price of $335,807 and Townhomes/Condos had an average sales price of $263,143.
